Family Night at Drax Sports & Social Club

Please note these dates are provisional dates given to us by Drax Club Management. Due to the fact that the family nights are a very low profit event aimed at giving back to the community if the club has the option for a private function on any of these dates the club may choose to move or cancel any of the dates above. This is entirely out of the control of Omega Sound Disco’s and we suggest you check the dates here before journeying to the club. we will try our upmost to ensure the dates and information here is kept as up to date as possible. What happens

There is a full Disco with DJ provided by Omega Sound Disco’s. The first hour is with music and balloons being given out. This gives you and your kids time to eat. Music for dancing and games with the kids. Special Kids raffle

All Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult who must remain in the room with their children.

Have your child’s Birthday party as part of the family night…

Normally for a children’s party the costs can rocket out of control. £50 or more to hire a room, £100 or more for entertainment, then food and the hassle of making the food and transporting it and everything.

All you have to do to have your child’s Birthday party at the family night is contact the club in advance with numbers and they will arrange for an area to set up for you and on the night bring a guest list. Your guests will be checked in as they arrive against your list and you simply pay for the number of guests you have arrive.

You can organise the food via the club and it will be served when you are ready. There is a large selection of items on the children’s menu are very reasonable prices. You can easily cater for 20 children for around a £100.

Whats more you can relax and enjoy yourself over a nice drink and a bar meal yourself. The kids will be entertained as part of the normal family night entertainment. If you have a Birthday cake for your child then let the DJ know and at the right time the music will be stopped and everyone can sing happy birthday whilst your child blows out their candles.
